The Diamond Pavilion

The Diamond Pavilion is dedicated entirely to the gemstone with the most sparkle.

Here you can discover why Antwerp is called the diamond world capital and learn more about the main operators in the diamond industry and trade, then and now. The pavilion takes a closer look at the amazing history, the economic relevance and several other aspects of this typical Antwerp activity. And of course, the Diamond Pavilion also showcases the “glittering” finished product. Here you can admire a variety of diamond artefacts and jewellery, such as the famous diamond ECC tennis racket, which has been encrusted with 1,617 sparkling diamonds “Cut in Antwerp”.
